Would you like to be part of the RWE IT Infrastructure department supporting the delivery of change and technical innovation for the group?

Cloud and Data Centre (C&DC) are part of IT Infra – who provide infrastructure services to the world wide RWE Group of companies. RWE has a Multi Cloud strategy – C&DC mission is to support our business delivering innovation and change to AWS and Azure, as well as traditional “on-premise” data centres, providing 24x7 platform services and cross functional services (Compute, Storage, DBMS, etc.) along with its Managed Service Provider partners

Your responsibilities

· Create, agree and manage a full suite of Cloud & Data Centre Services and their SLAs. Maintaining them through the service catalogue.

· Raising purchase requisitions in SAP. Tracking spend against agreed budget.

· Review the Cloud & Data Centre utilisation reports and agree the monthly volumes and charges for the monthly billing summary.

· Ensure all appropriate 3rd party supplier processes are consistent and interface to all appropriate existing RWE IT processes.

· Accountable for providing Service Level performance reports and holding review meetings with the customer/Business Partner to discuss their Cloud & Data Centre service as appropriate.

· Responsible for ensuring clear communication between the cloud and datacentre service delivery and operations teams, to facilitate business continuity.

· Responsible for analysis of delivery of services.

· Report on repeated service breaches to the service delivery team lead, against defined SLAs and other contractual agreements.

· Deputise for the Service Delivery Team Lead in their absence.

Your powerful skills

· 5 years’ experience of working in an IT service delivery role or equivalent.

· ITIL v4 foundation certification

· Knowledge of SAP

· Experience of managing the performance of suppliers in a multi-vendor outsourced delivery model.

· Relationship management experience from an IT and business perspective, ability to translate business and technical requirements

· The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

· Excellent verbal, written and oral communications skills with the ability to clearly present solutions at all levels.

· Ability to break down complex issues and apply different approaches to arrive at the most favourable options

Advantageous, but not a must

• Knowledge of Cloud Financial Management

• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), E.g., Service Now, or similar
