The role

 

We are looking for you as a highly motivated team member to support our Corporate & Transactions Law team in our global offshore legal department in its day-to-day business. Your future plans

 

  • You will support the Corporate & Transactions Law team with all administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business.
  • You will provide administrative support for the preparation and implementation of management and supervisory board meetings
  • In the area of corporate law, you will work effectively on administrative tasks such as publications or register applications.
  • Coordination and preparation play an important role in your daily work: this not only includes appointments with notaries, law firms and registers, but also management meetings, regular reporting as well as training courses and workshops.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining data in the document management system and other IT systems used, including digital communities and shared IT platforms.
  • You will also set up and coordinate meetings and take minutes.
  • Another area of your job is travel: You'll make bookings and assist with travel expense reports.
  • Drafting and amending presentations, letters and other documents is also part of your job.
  • You will also contribute to the commissioning and billing of external lawyers and consulting firms (billing coordinator for the team in SAP and eBilling.Space, etc.).
  • In your role, you will work with team assistants within the legal department and other departments.

 

Your profile

 

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and then gained professional experience as a team assistant in a legal department or in an international environment.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills and are confident in dealing with internal and external contacts.
  • An organizational talent with a high level of attention to detail is the right description for you.
  • Your working style is consistent, structured and goal-oriented.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • The use of your very good English and German language skills is important to you and you feel comfortable in such an international context. Ideally, you can also communicate in other EU languages.
