Your future plans

  • Review costs of IT Infrastructure project portfolio on a regular basis, ensure forecasts are captured and managed appropriately and communicated to line and project management teams.
  • Collaborate with various business units to gather project related cost information.
  • Support IT Infrastructure Budget planning for projects and be an interface between IT Infrastructure domains and business units.
  • Support the execution of the intercompany charging process for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and existing cost allocation models.
  • Ensure (financial) best practice are applied for financial management of projects.
  • Participate in the conception and adaptation of the FinOps strategy for IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, business, business computing or similar.
  • Professional experience in Financial Management or IT Controlling.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services.
  • Analytical thinking and good understanding of numbers, structured working approach.
  • Able to work on the one hand independently and on the other hand effectively in international teams.
  • Good knowledge of MS applications (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with all kind of stakeholders.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
